Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly front desk staff and a clean kid friendly lobby. We arrived a little early and were taken back almost immediately. This was my daughter's first dental visit and the team did a great job of showing her all of the tools and talking her through what they were going to do. The visit was quick and painless and my daughter was thrilled to receive a new toothbrush set, balloon and coin to get a prize at the end of her visit.

Dr. Payam Amirsayafi and his staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable at what they do. Both of my daughter's had a great experience with their cleaning. My 5 year old was nervous about the x-ray machine. The assistant was patient and explained the process in a way a 5 year old would understand. The cleaning procedure went smoothly. It's our 3rd year coming to this office and we've been very pleased with their expertise and services.

This dental office has it all! I brought my 16 month old for his first appointment and he was entertained from the minute we walked in the door. They have tvs on the ceilings, headphones, sunglasses, and prizes for when the kids are done. The staff was so incredible and amazing with kids. Dr Payam Amirsayafi and his staff are top notch. We have been to them for regular dental checkups all the way to dental trauma. They are always kind and patient with the kids and make coming to the dentist fun. My kids are never apprehensive about coming in for their cleaning and are excited for their goody bag and coin at the end. They explain out every detail of the dental plan prior to procedures and are great with after care instruction and billing. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you!

This office is located in a little house, which is almost offputting for someone like me who is used to going to dental offices. However, when my husband and child walked in we were blown away by the modernity of the space and the friendliness of the staff. This was my child's first dental appointment so we were hopeful it would go well. The space was kid-friendly, with toy machines at the entrance, which my daughter loved. We were off to a great start! We signed in using an iPad which was a refreshing change from some of the less technical offices I've used. When we got back into the room, my daughter was nervous but the hygienist was so nice my daughter warmed right up. When Dr. Payam came in he was welcoming, gave my daughter a high five, allowed her to hold one of the utensils while he examined her teeth, and they provided her with a booklet and other kid-friendly takeaways. My husband and I were shocked at how well my daughter did during this visit. She smiled on que and let them look in her mouth without too much of a fuss. Dr. Payam took a few minutes to let us know what to expect in the coming months regarding my daughters teeth and how we should continue cleaning going forward. As we prepared to leave, my daughter was given a balloon and a token for a toy. She walked out saying, "I did great!" and that made my husband and I feel proud of her and the experience overall. I would recommend this office to anyone! Quick, efficient, modern, friendly. Excellent fit for us!

This last visit he did so much better!! Every time we have visited the front staff has always greeted us with huge smiles on their faces. Even when my son was screaming and basically refusing to open his mouth the dental team worked patiently with us and by this last visit my son was much more cooperative 🙂

Dr. Payam and his team are incredibly patient, reassuring and understanding. I sincerely appreciate the exhaustive measures they take to make their little patients comfortable and less afraid. My son was previously traumatized at a non-pediatric dental office, so thankfully he was referred to Red Apple, where he is slowly becoming more comfortable. He even smiled and laughed with Heather- that is until it was time to get on with the exam. I know with time he'll come around. My only regret is not bringing him here from the start. I've been recommending Red Apple to everyone to save them some heartache.

Satuday was the first time I took my 9 year old son to Red Apple Pediatric Dental Team. When I walked in, I was impressed because it was very custumer friendly just based on the setup of the waiting room. There were two televisions in there showing childrens shows or movies. There appeared to be Ipads on the walls for them to play on as well. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. were very friendly. The equipment appeared to be state of the art as well. They took the time to explain everything that they did and what was needed. I will surely make an appointment come Monday for our 2nd trip

We were promptly called to the back after our arrival for a 10:30am appointment. The staff greeted us nicely and situated Tyler well. Tyler did very well getting his teeth cleaned. Unfortunately that's when we waited nearly a half hour for Dr. Payam to come check his teeth. Fortunately Tyler was very patient, but my patience started to wear thin. I like the facilities, the staff, and dentist, but it did make me want to reconsider going to a practice where there is only one dentist and everyone is waiting to be seen by him. This can make for a very lengthy wait which is difficult with children.

I was very happy with Red Apple dental. This was by-far the best dentist office I have ever been to. It's very updated and clean with children in mind. From the tablets my children could play on in the waiitng room, the TV's on the ceiling for them to watch durring the visit and the neat coins they received to get a prize at the end. My kids don't like the dentist (as most don't) but the above and beyond approach Dr. Amirsayafi and his staff put into this facility made their experience very pleasant.

The dental hygienist took time to show my daughter the tools and help her feel comfortable before beginning the cleaning, then she dove right in confidently so as to not allow for time to get scared. The Dentist was great too - there should have been more time for him to get to know my daughter too. We could have had a bit more success with him performing his portion of the check-up.

The facility is new, modern inside, yet child friendly. My son likes the lights that change color and the toy machines.
I was just as unsure about what to expect from the appointment as my son. It would be helpful if the technician or dentist explains at the beginning of the appointment what to expect, what they're looking for, and what the next steps will be.
My son loved the balloon he received at the end. We'll be back due to the modern facilities, insurance coverage, and proximity.

Mounted Ipads were awesome. If I had to find one complaint, since you take kids that are 2, one more mounted a little lower would allow the 2 year olds to play.
